Kenyatta Crisp began his study in photographyin 2012. Currently, he owns Crisp Photography Ltd and is the curator behind28karatblack, based in Cleveland OH. Crisp As a multifaceted artist,Crisp's range in photography consists of portraiture, film, contemporary andglamour elements, both personal and conceptual. His work often reflects the inner city life and Black/African American art culture. Artist like Gordon Parks, Jamel Shabazz, Ming Smith, Andy Warhol, and Kara Walker, have influenced his style of portraiture and his attention to detail behind the lens. ​​​​​​​As an experienced collaborator, he seeks the opportunity to work with various artists across the region.
